Meet Dr. McLeod
I believe that you have the right to #SLAY your day every day. While I understand that we cannot control the things happening around us, my goal is to teach my clients the importance and skill of creating moments of peace and pleasure in their daily routines regardless of their recent experiences.
As a therapist, I have over 14 years of active duty military experience working within the Mental Health profession, including family violence and substance use. My clinical expertise and depth focuses on trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, and increasing your ability to take care of yourself mentally, spiritually and physically. In addition, I work with women in positions of leadership who are attempting to thrive in their work as well as their home life.
As a consultant and trainer, I have spent the last 10 years in senior leadership positions with a keen understanding of the dynamics that positively and adversely impact the efficient delivery of quality client care and the disruption of team progression. I excel at working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment as a thought leader. I am experienced in improving processes, developing and managing programs as well as training advanced level clinicians and paraprofessionals.
When utilizing my expertise, you will be able to integrate your department and program capabilities with broader goals that create a cohesive strategy for effective customer service, teamwork, and clinician development that will impact your clients' overall serviceability.
If you decide to seek services with me, you can look forward to outstanding communication, training skills, and leadership. My therapy and coaching services are a high energy and engaging process that guarantees growth and progression.
Thank you for trusting me to meet your needs.
I look forward to working with you.
Dr. McLeod
